The Yoga Alliance certified teacher behind Infrared Yoga Inc. is Sarah Webster, an English born and Vancouver raised ex entertainment industry VP.

After a decade of her own personal practice, yoga began to play an even bigger role in Sarah’s life when her unquenchable thirst for a deeper study of this ancient and magical life science got the best of her, and she enrolled in Langara College’s Yoga Teacher Training program. Langara offers one of only a handful of teacher training programs available on yoga, anywhere in the World, at the college level.

Sarah’s energetic & enthusiastic nature combined with her lifelong passion for yoga are evident the moment you meet her.
